Two Major Vulnerabilities Reported In Atlassian Jira Align

Jira is an open-source software development management system. It has been used by millions of developers across the world to manage projects and collaborate on code changes.

Recently, two major vulnerabilities have been reported that could potentially allow a malicious user to take control of Jira installations.

The first vulnerability affects Jira Server versions 6.2 through 7.4, and could be exploited if users granted unauthorized access to their credentials or if they installed unsupported add-ons or extensions.

The second vulnerability affects Jira Service editions 8 through 10, and could be exploited if administrators failed to properly secure their servers against remote attackers.

If you use Jira, it is important that you apply the latest patches as soon as possible in order for your installation to remain safe from these attacks!
